This is a three-peptide blend (widely marketed as "GLOW") sold in a single vial. The specific combination has no clinical trials, and the closest study — of two of its three components — found no combination advantage. Everything below is extrapolated from research on each component separately.
The short answer
The claimed benefits of this blend — tissue recovery plus skin quality — are a composite of three separate research literatures, none of which involves this mixture. BPC-157's healing results are rodent data with no human trials; TB-500's parent molecule has real biology but no approved human use; GHK-Cu's skin evidence is overwhelmingly topical and cosmetic, not injectable. No study has examined the three together, and the only controlled experiment on any part of this combination — BPC-157 plus TB-500 in rat tendons — found the pairing no better than one peptide alone (Biçer et al., Jt Dis Relat Surg 2026). "Benefits," here, means hypotheses.
What each component's literature shows
BPC-157 — a synthetic gastric-protein fragment with a genuinely large animal literature on tendon, ligament, muscle, and gut healing. Its ceiling is stated by a 2025 review: "there are no completed clinical studies describing its efficacy in humans" (Józwiak et al., Pharmaceuticals 2025).
TB-500 — marketed as a fragment of thymosin β4, an actin-binding protein that promotes cell migration, progenitor-cell mobilization, and blood-vessel formation while reducing scarring (Goldstein et al., Expert Opin Biol Ther 2012). Human trials used the full protein, for wounds and corneal injury, without producing an approved drug.
GHK-Cu — a naturally occurring copper tripeptide whose plasma level falls from about 200 ng/mL at age 20 to about 80 ng/mL by 60, and which stimulates collagen, elastin, and glycosaminoglycan synthesis across many model systems (Pickart & Margolina, Int J Mol Sci 2018). The human evidence in that review is topical: 12-week cosmetic cream studies measuring wrinkles and skin density. It documents no human injection trials — the route this blend uses.
The "GLOW" marketing name
"GLOW" is a vendor marketing label for this trio, not a scientific or clinical designation — the same way "KLOW" labels the four-peptide version with KPV added. The name does real persuasive work: it converts three unrelated research programs into what sounds like a designed skin-recovery formula. No published study uses the term, and no formulation standard defines what ratio of the three peptides a "GLOW" vial contains — that varies by vendor.
What combination data exist
For the full trio: nothing — no animal study, no pharmacokinetic work, no human data. The nearest evidence is the 2026 randomized rat study of two of the three components, which is worth reading precisely because it tested the stacking logic this product depends on. TB-500 alone significantly improved tendon healing; BPC-157 alone produced only non-significant numerical improvements; and the two together conferred no additional benefit over either alone (Biçer et al. 2026). If the flagship two-peptide pairing shows no additivity in the best available model, a third peptide with a topical-cosmetic evidence base does not rescue the synergy argument — it just widens the gap between what is claimed and what has been tested.
Evidence and caveats
Points to keep in view:
- No human trials exist for this combination or for any component as an injectable therapeutic.
- None of the three is FDA-approved. BPC-157 appears on the FDA's compounding safety-risk list (FDA).
- TB-500 / thymosin β4 derivatives are prohibited in sport at all times (WADA Prohibited List, S2.3).
- GHK-Cu's evidence was generated with creams and cell cultures; injecting it is an extrapolation the literature does not cover.

Sport & Anti-Doping Warning
This combination includes TB-500 and BPC-157, both of which are prohibited in sport; adding GHK-Cu does not change their anti-doping status and can increase the experimental nature of the stack.
Anti-doping rules focus on the presence of any prohibited substance, so a multi-peptide vial that contains BPC-157 or TB-500 still triggers violations.
